   - Flexible upper endoscope (GIF scope).

   - Pediatric XP Scope (if expecting stenosis)

   - Bite block.

2. Retrieval Devices:

   - Roth net (for capturing soft or fragmented material).

   - Talon forceps (for firm or large bolus retrieval).

   - Rat-tooth or alligator forceps.

   - Polypectomy snare

   - Overtube (optional, for multiple attempts or sharp objects).

   - E-suction device    or if unavailable use Endoscope caps

3. Accessories:

   - Hemostatic clips (in case of mucosal injury).

   - Hemospray (optional for bleeding management).

   - biopsy forceps if planning to biopsy to rule out EOE.
